It‘s on Us

The White House is charging the nation to take ownership in ending sexual violence with the “It’s On Us” campaign and we are proud partners in this campaign. It’s on us to: ask for consent, prevent, intervene, support survivors, create a culture of respect, and stop sexual assault.

Respect is a core value of our university community. And as a student at the University of Oregon, you have the right to be treated with respect at all times. We encourage you to help foster a culture of respect on campus. As the students in the video say: "To be a Duck is to treat women with respect, to treat yourself with respect, to treat everyone with respect."

When you see something happening that you know is wrong, you have the opportunity to step in and help. Your words and actions are what set you a part as a Duck, which is why we say, "It's On Ducks" to end sexual violence and to treat everyone with respect.
